I’m mad asf I just finished the legend of Korra and yeAh cute but where is Zuko? And Katara? And Toph? And what happened to Sokka and Aang? I didn’t expect the story to be about them obviously, I even grew attached to some of the new characters (Asami love u bby) but I wanted more tribute to ATLA and it left me kinda disappointed, we didn’t see anything related to Zuko’s daughter, a reunion or anything, I mean Katara and Zuko were just. there, and Toph well at least she did something but I didn’t even like her in this series and I used to love her on ATLA, I’m so confused

I liked the show but I have many problems with it, there were so many villains and we didn’t even have time to breathe for a second, I hated how the characters never had a SECOND to talk and catch up after not seeing each other for years, I mean those are the parts where we really get to know the characters and love them, it was all so fast and so many unfinished things that ended so abruptly, I had so many questions after Book 1 and 2.. and don’t even get me STARTED on that scene where Korra tells Zuko that she spoke with (the most perfect character ever) Iroh and Zuko was like “you spoke to my uncle?” (don’t know if those were his exact words, I watched it in Spanish) and she was just starting to tell him and he was just like :’o and then some girl interrupts, like HOW CAN YOU DO THAT AND NOT SPEAK ABOUT IT AGAIN? Holy shit I was so angry, you could see Zuko’s face how he was getting all emotional how can you cut it like that?

Also the thing with the spirits, loved it but NOT for Avatar, I mean spirits yes but that was just crazy, it was too much, or if it was actually a thing at least they could’ve developed it better, it was so meh , what happened with the fucking vines?

On the other hand, loved the animation, the character design (Korra looked.. ahh so beautiful with the short hair, I would actually date her if she was real, but I would marry Asami because she’s just *chef’s kiss* the most perfect woman ever), SEEING IROH AGAIN I STG I CRIED DURING ALL OF IROH’S SCENES WITHOUT STOPPING, and obviously most characters but man I wish they had the character development of ATLA (they had, but so rushed and weird)

Also I honestly don’t know how I feel about Korra and Asami, I mean I would love them together, but it felt so out of nowhere haha I know they loved and cared for each other but we never got a glimpse of something else until that one episode where they both complimented each other and Korra blushed a bit, but it was idk, a bit weird..
