shops for groceries: Neha probably has to drag Luke to help carry stuff, so it's a mix but mostly Neha

kills the spiders: Luke

comes home drunk at 3am: Neha, if she goes out with Lily. Luke' not a huge drinker.

makes breakfast: Most of the time, they make their own. It sort of alternates who might treat the others. 

remembers to feed the fish: Luke, at the end of the day with a "Oh shit-"

decorates the apartment: Neha, most likely. Luke isn't fussed. He just likes things comfortable.
