Work is play for the master of the Toy Dimension - Milwaukee Journal Sentinel - September 2, 2006 #journalsentinel #smallbusiness #toystore #milwaukee #wisconsin #owner #operator #master #thetoydimension #toys #actionfigures #dc #marvel #starwars #vintagetoys #toysaroundtown #news #toynews #thetoyreporters #newspaper (at The Toy Dimension)
The video file is named "20 of 4311" because it show only 20 of 4,311 papers being put together.
This was, like, my second to top gear in how fast I can put papers together, the term is often call "Subbing" a paper together. This gear is mostly when I wanted to try to impress people or when I need to hustle, but I wasn't in a groove to be in my fastest gear. Every Saturday a small army of people have to Sub different sections of the newspaper to be prepared for following Sunday morning.
My guess is that at least 100,000 papers is prepped for an average Sunday on Saturday. I was not about to get a definite answer on what the actual total number of papers is needed for a Sunday because the boss said she didn't want to think of all that stress of dealing with the large amount of papers.
So, what you are seeing is not even 0.001% of total amount of work that is usually done to get a Sunday paper to you.
The only editing I did to the video was converting it to an AVI file and rotating image counter-clockwise.
