haven't truly thought of one yet but I guess I should. I want to free myself from my silly ideas of self worth and not make a shell around myself when I talk to people who aren't my closest friends/family. I think I can find genuine happiness if I just stop overthinking everything.

im in the exact same boat as you like i realized how closed off i am when i am around new people and how often i overthink but i guess self awareness is the first step. youll get there :)
