There’s a saying that the longest journey is from the head to the heart. For me the journey to my heart was about finding out who I am; finding the true me. The true me means I see the true you. That journey has brought me nothing but peace. Was it an easy trip, nope. But it was worthwhile and one I would do again and again. That journey opened up a new level of joy that I didn’t know was possible. Each day, and on particularly hard days, I consciously seek joy. The beach always brings me the joy and peace I crave. My prayer today is we all find a journey that brings us home to ourselves. May joy and love prevail in your life. And the good news? Even the word journey contains the word joy. Co-inky dink?
