i heard that swsh was supposedly ridiculously easy but so far it’s been a challenge for me even if im 4 levels stronger. idk if my pokemon are just weak or what

#im not complaining #it's actually been tougher than the older games as far as i can remember #4 levels early game is a huge difference #im talking about struggling against a level 6 pokemon when im level 10 #swsh #jp sword #ive spent at least 45 minutes grinding bc i could only fight one wild pokemon #before the pokemon i was training needed to go to the pokecenter #and im only at the first wild area #im not used to having to grind #it's been a really long time

ive started playing sword in handheld mode bc playing in tv mode just feels... weird... not in an “oh gross theyre changing things how DARE they put pokemon up on the tv i hate change and pokemon should always be the same” way but in a genuine “ive been playing pokemon on a handheld device since i was 6 and this feels really weird” kind of way

#idk it feels wrong #i cant really explain it #jp sword #swsh #it is also less exhausting for some reason #i think it's bc i can be in a more relaxed position #and am not struggling to read anything #there's also a bad glare on my tv caused by a window without blinds #dont ask why we have a window without blinds idk #id complain about not having the 7 hour battery of the ds that lets me play all day #but since im sick i usually have to stop somewhere between 20 and 40%
