Ace and Armin are a duo who travel the desert and help people. Ace is very handy and adventurous and helps the locals who aren’t near the city with repairs and moving stuff. Armin was originally a military truck who was dismissed after service but was picked up by Ace’s family. Now he helps Ace travel the desert although with more precautions and safety

One day when exploring a cave, Ace find a red machine broken up to pieces and goes to repair him..

First thank you for the compliment! I don’t really like how I Wrote Firetruck Bros (I wrote when I was going through some rough times at my life) but I am grateful for the compliment

1 Well I think they would still allow Thomas to play with them. They wouldn’t be as petty as they were in the fic of not wanting him around. They would still be friends and Thomas wouldn’t have needed to prove himself and grab the ball. And you know, not go through the trauma of being stuck in the middle of the ocean

2 If Thomas did tell, Roy, Roy probably would have gone back and explain the trio that “hey Thomas didn’t mean to” which Rody and Mini do apologise (and Bruny) and their friendship might take some time to restart but they’ll be friends eventually

Late Mother day thing with Helly

“Kara!”

The scientist stopped as she heard her name. She turned around, seeing Helly rushing toward her, something in his hands. He stopped in front of her and held the card toward her. 

“Happy Mother’s Day!” Helly exclaims, with a wide smile and giggles Kara’s eyes widened with shock before it quickly goes away and a stern expression forms on her face.

“Helly, I’m not your mother,” Kara said. Helly looks at her, confused. 

“But, you take care of me? Don’t moms do that?”

“Yes. Moms do care for children but I’m not your mom. Helly we’ve been over this.  I’m your caretaker. Don’t call me mom. Call me Kara.”

“Oh… sorry..” Helly mumbles. Kara sighs, she honestly wasn’t in the greatest mood, having just gotten out of a rough meeting with her team. She didn’t want to upset the four year old too much.

“How about you go out and play? Just come back around thre. And don’t cause trouble.”

“Okay.” Helly flies off and Kara watches and shakes her head once he’s gone 

“Mom? He shouldn’t be calling me that..” Kara mumbles as she walks to her office. Then she stopped. She looks down at the card and flips through. There were little pictures of her and him, mostly of her sketching vehicles out. “My mom” was written at the end. 

“It’s better this way.. I can’t get attach” Kara mumbles, although she tapes the card inside her desk cabinet

Yk how Poli has a fear of caterpillars? Any hcs (personal or not) about what Roy is really afraid of? :>

Kind of related to the fire truck bros fanfic, but has Roy’s view on the ocean changed since getting stuck in it? Like trauma wise? Just curious!

Roy’s biggest fear is being alone. He also does have a bit of a medical fear regarding scans

Roy loves being around his friends and family. The idea of it just being him scares him. He gets dreams of being alone in town and he goes crazy at it. Like he knows they’ll never leave him alone but the dangers that they’re in could. That’s why he usually is pretty selfless and throwing himself at danger.

The medical fear is a little minor. He’s fine with physical checkups and all that but he dreads the scans of the programs and heart. He’s scared that Jin will find some glitch/disease that will prevent him from working as a RT like his dad

-I will be a little vague with this since it’s going to be a topic in the FireTruck Bros universe. Roy doesn’t mind the ocean on a normal day. He still finds it pretty. However he absolutely can’t stand being near it in storms. He also hates being the ocean if he has to go in. It gives him memories of floating in the ocean and the coma of pneumonia that he was in for so long.

Thomas has a worse fear of it so as Roy would say as he’s trying not to panic at the thunder at the doc
