how to calm yourself down during the interview if you feel that you’re getting nervous?

Ground your feet, when you feel antsy shift but keep your feet grounded, and know the gist of what your answer will be to all the typical interview questions but don’t try to get it word for word. Also nobody will begrudge you for a deep breath in and out before you answer a question, and it’ll make you less shaky and sound more confident. 

Another tip is to have a question ready for when they ask at the end, “Do you have any questions for us?” I usually say “Can you tell be about the team I’ll be working with?” or “Do you have any hesitations about me qualifications?”
