The sound (and later at night, the lighting) was great - JPJ Audio has a web page listing what they did for Rockarena that has some other press clippings and links on it ( https://jpjaudio.com.au/1977/11/13/rockarena-1977/ ). Well worth a visit.
I worked my way through the crowd (which was pretty easy, everyone was chilled) to take up a spot between those two stage monitors you see on stage. That was the best spot I could get to and movement was limited once the audience fully engaged, at times very limited :)
