Separated from their parents after crossing the border into Europe in the back of a lorry, Gulliver's been by themselves for as long as they can remember. Growing up in London's filth hadn't been easy, but it's made them tough and resilient, master of rats and connoisseur of the city. The Jolly Rogers use them to smuggle weapons further afield, sometimes even as far as mainland Europe. They're flexible and skinny, able to fit into the most inconspicuous of crates or boxes. What they receive in return for their work is shelter, food, and the closest thing to family they'll ever know.

They're the Jolly Rogers' most ruthless assassin and their biggest investment. The result of negotiations with potential allies within their Spanish faction, Mordred was shipped to England as a gift to solidify the partnership between London and Madrid. They rapidly worked their way up the ladder and eventually claimed the role of Capo to the assassins. As Capo they're given the most difficult of assignments - the biggest names and most public figures. Their reputation precedes them in all of London's circles, but only a handful of people can put a name to the face. Amongst civilised society they're an emergency vet working out of Peckham. Behind closed doors however, they're better versed in taking lives than saving them.

As they navigate the morally grey realm of their position among the Jolly Rogers, they seek solace and purpose amid the echoes of gunfire, a soldier still, but now a harbinger of fate.

Books and magazines coveted their interviews, universities clamoured for their presence. But as all things go up, they must also come down. They have no one else to blame for the destruction of their career: legal trouble, personal hardships, a stint in prison -- this is all it takes to destroy a reputation. Left with little other choice they sought out employment in less reputable circles. The Jolly Rogers were ever so eager to welcome them into the fold, eager to make use of their knowledge of every nook and cranny of the most prestigious banks, the finest galleries, and the personal homes of some of Britain's most famous and wealthy. The pay's better too.

They have a little dedicated workspace and it's from there that they send out hit targets and locations to the crew. On the side they serve as the Crooked Hand's overly qualified secretary, which means they're in on every little dirty secret. They never get personally involved in any of the messy affairs, directing the chessboard from the comfort of their desk. The Crooked Hand trusts them explicitly, and with a working knowledge over a range of languages and expertise in the field of heist planning, they remain an invaluable part of the Jolly Rogers.

Born to parents more interested in scoring drugs than caring for a child, Oliver Twist spent more time roaming the streets of their neighbourhood with their school friends than they did at home. After reaching their teens they started running odd jobs and errands for the Jolly Rogers, much preferring the excitement and quick pay of crime over the rigidity and structure of High School. There are far easier ways to make a living than working 9-5s in a factory, and Oliver Twist is ready to make a career of them all.
