what exactly is vegemite?
I am shit at explaining things so lets leave this to wikipedia: Vegemite is a dark brown Australian food paste made from leftover brewers' yeast extract with various vegetable and spice additives developed in Melbourne, Victoria in 1922.
Its kind of an acquired taste and you don't use much because its salty but I only use it on toast...with a shit load of butter.

OMG I have the EXACT same problem, eating the healthiest i ever had an exercising and my weight keeps yo-yoing too :(
It's so difficult at the start! So I've messaged a few older fitblrs who have more experience on whether I'm eating right or whether it's just how things happen to begin with!
