I have naturally curly hair that is very hard to manage. For as long as I can remember, I have had to use shampoo and conditioner just to get the tangles out, but even then, my hair was still a mess. For the past few months, I have been using @j.r.liggett shampoo bar. This original formula happens to be made for curly hair, and I absolutely LOVE it! I've started shampooing again, because the baking soda thing seemed to be making my hair smelly.  This is the shampoo I used before I quit shampooing, and I'm back to it now- love this stuff! 

It smells great, is made from 100% vegetable oils, AND it doesn't come in a plastic bottle.  One bar lasts the two of us quite a while, and with it, we don't need conditioner.

I buy mine at Fairway, and it's like $4.79/bar.  So cheap and so great AND you can travel with it without worrying about the liquid limits on planes!
