lowk i love the idea of sonadow having some super extravagant proposal/wedding
but i think the proposal would be more of a
*both r laying in bed, all their friends are married for +3-5 years MAYBE, theyve been dating for a solid 8 years idk*

shadow(in some baddie type pjs BTW🙏): i-yes??? were you not aware of that for the past EIGHT YEARS??
sonic: no! i knew! but like, its been eight years... shouldnt we like... get... like... yk...
shadow: ...what..? married??
sonic: yes! (he forgot what marriage was)
and so like, they just get married, sonic lowk has no perception of marriage and shadow hates sonic so much he doesnt even care(he loves that blue gumball son of bitch he doesnt care as long as they get to be together) so like the next day sonic just texts them all like "me and shadow got married!!" and everyone is like "WHAT????"
rouge makes them have a real wedding because she can and amy helps out, its small, just friends and whatnot but its nice, and like theyre honeymoon isnt insane they just go out of town for a week and then come back
