I finally designed the heroes and also I did redo Cyan design as well!
On the 31st of May, 2018, the rhythm bullet hell game Just Shapes and Beats was released for PC and the Nintendo switch. To celebrate the release of this epic game, I decided to draw Blixer getting ready to eat a JSAB-themed cake slice. Happy birthday to JSAB!
i suddenly got a idea while taking a bath(the ideas 99.99% of the time appears while in in the bathroom for some reason), what if i just make some of the bosses and the four heroes be based of Mythology creatures????
Cyan/Square= phoenix because opposite to Blixer who's a dragon(they're also a cat canonically because the designer for Blixer said the design were inspired by cat)
Tria/Ecru= Qilin/kirin opposite to Barracuda who's a hydra in this
Circle/Fulvous= weretiger?(i guess) opposite to Lycanthropy(who's obviously gonna be a werewolf) i legit don't have much ideas for this match 💔
Penta/Mrtyle= idk bro, i legit ran out of ideas 🥀 but the opposite is supposed to be Macabre, Macabre could be a Will O' Wisp i guess i genuinely have barely any ideas for this one, but i don't have any ideas for Penta, give me ideas gang 🙏
Oops! I did another!! @shape-shenanigans This one was honestly really fun to mess around with in terms of shading and text, I got a little lazy towards the end though so apologies for that. Anywho!! Yippee!! Hope y'all like this one!! (OG FRAME UNDER THE CUT)

They are (or are supposed to be) the faithful squires and messengers of the Trees.

They were created around the time of the original game's story mode... But they are active until the AU events
