basically, schlatt’s currently on a mission to raise enough money through a merch drive to buy a $95k monkey statue and several other works by the same artist.

now, since he’s basically on a quest for monkey statues and already owns several, people are sending in suggestions for statues schlatt could buy, including his editor wheatskins.
wheat tweets out a photo of a life size orangutang statue, schlatt responds asking for a link, to which wheat tells him to check dms, joking that they “can’t risk anyone buying” the ridiculously expensive novelty statue first.
