Darkness had always been a friend to Suzy; it could cover any number of sins. Truth be told, she knew what she was doing was illegal, but it wasn't actually hurting anyone. It gave her some reprieve from her daily torment -- and what was more, it created something out of nothing, and oftentimes made something ugly or painful into something beautiful. With a smile, she stepped back to admire her piece: it was a small, colorful mural that decorated the dirty brick wall in the alleyway -- mostly abstract, but after a close examination, you could see that there were flowers hiding in the jumble of colors and shapes. She signed it with 'Nox' before clicking off her flashlight and stepping back into the brightness. Her giddiness blinded her from realizing that she wasn't alone.
