MADTOWN(매드타운) _ Emptiness(빈칸)
Après des titres comme YOLO ou OMGT, Madtown a décidé de sortir une chanson calme de lover. Choix assez étonnant mais assez réussi. Je suis pas fan de toutes les voix mais la chanson est jolie. Le clip est un peu terne pour coller au sentiment de vide dont la chanson parle. Bon après c'est sympa ce qu'ils ont fait mais je trouve que c'est pas super originale surtout qu'on a beaucoup de groupe qui font des titres en modes sentimental.
First of all, I want to say that this is my personal opinion, and usually I have unpopular opinions (plus I write too much), so if you don´t respect different opinions, don´t read it <3
So. I had written a draft yesterday when I was at the height of anger. Tonight, I am more lucid, seeing things more clear. The whole thing was crazyyy. The news about SeungHo being assaulted were made public and everybody was super worried, looking for details, for confirmation. Every five minutes a different story would pop out on the web, making everything look more and more strange. It was a director, it was the ceo, it was a former employee fired 1 year ago, it was a former employee fired 2 years ago. The fact is that we will never know what really happpened. To me, it´s clear that Jtune made a big effort to hush up the scandal. There wouldn´t have been so many policemen in the scene if it wasn´t so serious. And I don´t think SeungHo is the type of guy who would change his statement in the police station. I don´t think he would call the police if it wasn´t a big deal. It seems that his changed his mind. His intention was to press charges. The assault was much worse than he tried to make us believe it was. You can see the blood in his head in Dispatch´s pictures. The (biggest) problem is his agency. There is only one thing Jtune is efficient: hush up the scandals. I don´t have any doubts that is was what happened here. Period.
But one can say: they are all gossip sites, you shouldn´t believe them, SeungHo posted a message in the cafe saying this and that... blah blah blah. Ok, listen: your oppa is not perfect. You oppa is just a human being, like all of us. He´s not perfect, he doesn´t love you, and mostly, he doesn´t say the truth all the time. Idols say what is more convenient for them and/or their agencies at that time. Sad but true. So, imo, Jtune has him (and the other two, specially G.O) as a hostage through his contract. Why wouldn´t he press charges against someone who assaulted him? Because he probably can´t. He was persuaded to change his statement and to write that stupid message on daum cafe, because Jtune needed to hush up the case. He couldn´t say anything against it because of the unfair (not to say illegal) clauses that his contract may contain. Come on, it´s Jtune Camp. And it´s the Korean music industry. Would you expect anything different from this agency? Probably he would have to spent a lot of money to pay the fine for breaking the contract. In the end, everything is about money.
Now, each person has values, that´s a whole different discussion. For me, personally, there are a lot of other things that are more important than money. I wouldn´t mind spending a lot of money to have my happiness, my health and my career back. Maybe he thinks different. Or maybe he doesn´t have enough money at the moment. I don´t know. But I think that he is paying a very high price, he is sacrificing his career, his future, his talents, his dreams, his health, for that agency. It´s not worth it. But, to have his freedom back, it costs a lot of money. That is a very difficult situation. The only way is to swallow it up, lower his head and do everything the agency says. And wait for the his contract to end. So sad. (Btw, he said he has a contract of 8 years, but I´m not sure if he signed it when they were about to debut or when he joined the agency.)
So, don´t say that SeungHo didn´t want to press charges because “he is a true man” or something. He basically apologised for being assaulted. He is probably being made hostage by this agency. And this is very wrong and very sad. (Plus, we are still waiting for an official statement from Jtune, that, obviously, will never be made.)

This is just my opinion. Maybe there is another completely different shit going on. We will never know, that´s for sure. But, please fandom: don´t be blind and stupid. Things are not always like they appear to be. The world is dark, is mean, and money moves it all.
PS: maybe the fandom should make a petition asking Jtune to release SeungHo and G.O! (we all know Mir will never leave the family)
