Super Easy and I've already got it all at home. Tomorrow's Breakfast is planned!!!
Doing a Vegan Happy Dance!
4 Days of no meat and almost no dairy = 4 lbs. lost! Yeah!
I've been doing the Exercise Essentials program (www.juiceupyourlife.com) and eating raw vegan for the past 4 days. I have had maybe one or two slip-ups. I went into this wanting to improve my health and hoping to shed these unwanted extra pounds.
I feel great and again - 4 days = 4 lbs lost! I might meet my goal before Summer ends. Ya'll may get a before/after pic after all! ;-)
4 Days No Meat - No Dairy!
That with the Exercise Essentials program, I am feeling great! I was really surprised because last night, the kids were at a party that was serving Hot Dogs. I am slowly transitioning them to the Hallelujah Acres diet. My daughter insisted that she didn't want the meat, "just give me a bun." Then both boys said they weren't hungry and they would wait until they got home. Even my Husband passed on the hot dog! I was shocked.
It's free to join!
Exercise Essentials Day 2
Oh my! Well, I was determined to complete the 30 minute set. I didn't realize how much I had worked out until my legs were wobbly at the end! How did you do? I did surprise myself. I was able to do 10 push-ups. I honestly expected to only get to about 3. Ha!
I found one moderation that I had to make. I have some back issues so I placed a round decorative pillow under my back on the sit-ups. I placed the pillow under my neck on the bicycle set. This protected my back from strain. The only other exercise that I had to moderate was the twisting move. I kept it really simple and took it slow. I think I did 5 of those. I know once my back gets stronger, I will be able to do more.
If you are reading this and you're thinking, "man - I should have signed up!" It is not too late to do so! You'll be a couple of days behind me but at least you'll have my blog to use as a reference for what is to come. (Sign up at http://www.juiceupyourlife.com)
Have fun and I sure hope I can move tomorrow. Can I call in late tomorrow Paul & Ann?
