Ingredients: ½ pineapple 1 cucumber 1 large handful of mint Piece of ginger root, 1″/2.5 cm. Directions: 1.) Wash all ingredients. 2.) Remove rind from pineapple. (Optional — I left it on when I made this juice and it was delicious). 3.) Add all ingredients through juicer. 4.) Serve in a glass, top with mint and take yourself to the tropics.
Drink plenty of water during the detox to clear out your system between juices.

We tried another variation this morning for breakfast. Almost as delicious as last night’s, and definitely sweeter.
2 Carrots 1 Apple 1 Radish 2 Handfuls Spinach 1 Kale leaf 1 Stalk Celery
This time it was enough for 3 of us for breakfast. We also ate a small handful of almonds to give us our daily dose of protein, which is important to still get while you’re on a juicing detox.
