Let’s be real...

Healing is a struggle. I was tricked in believing that all it took was acceptance and some affirmations in a week or so, I’ll be good. Absolutely....NOT.

Healing is not easy, it can sometimes feel like you’re insane. Here are some rules to healing:

Don’t compare yourself to any other human

Do be open to learning, molding, transforming into your true self

Don’t place limitations on yourself

Do learn about new things that may spark you curiosity

Don’t believe everything someone says about you

Do discuss, question, explore your own self imposed personality traits

Change is constant for sure. Some things take more work or longer than others. It’s okay child. It’s fine. God loves you, keep your heart in check. And healing is beautiful. So damn beautiful. Believe that 🌸
