1.) Do you know how to drive? If so, do you have a car?
Yes! and I don't have my own car, but my dad did say he'll be able to help me get my own in May or June.
2.) What’s your favorite Disney movie?
Oh boy, probably Aladdin. 3.) This question is a little complicated; but is there a song you wish you could LIVE in? And it doesn’t even have to be your favorite song. Just a song where, when you listen to it, it sort of creates a perfect environment or paints a beautiful picture of a place you wish you could live. Which song would that be?
Seaside Rendezvous by Queen. I can't explain it. It's so simple, but it makes me feel this weird good sad feeling.
4.) Do you like any old-timey movies? Let’s say anything made before 1980.
Star Wars Ep IV is technically pre-1980... but I won't count that.
so sadly no, though I do love 'old-timey' sitcom's like I Love Lucy and Leave It To Beaver. Also, little Sally Field in Gidget was adorable.
5.) What was your favorite book as a child?
If we're talking like 10 and below child-age, then probably Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good Very Bad Day. I just thought it was cool cause we had the same name and his shitty life made me feel like I was the superior bearer of that name. I was a shitty kid.
6.) If you were given the choice, would you rather go to the future and explore space, or go back in time and be part of an exploration crew that discovered the New World (let’s just assume that there’d be no massacres of native peoples)?
You sold me on the 'no massacre' deal. And are we assuming that I know, on this backwards trip, what I currently know about the new world and its inhabitants or am I going into it cold? Going in cold seems like it would be infinitely more interesting.
7.) What is the farthest away you’ve been from your home?
Hawaii, about 7 years ago? I'm not much of a traveler.
8.) Did you make any resolutions for the New Year?
To stop feeling sorry for myself, learn when to just calm down and not panic/lose actual sleep over about things that aren't under my control, and to appreciate the things that I do have instead of sulking about things I don't.
9.) Have you ever been in love before?
No. I think i've come close a couple times before, but I'm not really sure how it works. I'm bad at feelings. Interpreting them, that is.
10.) If you were to get married, which song would you like to dance to with your new spouse? (Y’know, if they didn’t have any input! :P)
haha, I've literally never thought about this. It depends who I marry. I'm terrible at hypotheticals.
11.) What is the funniest movie you have ever watched? Like, so funny you laughed until it hurt?
Nothing quite matches the first time I saw Anchorman. Monty Python and the Holy Grail comes close in terms of the 'times i had to pause because of laughing aka thank god for dvd's' count, but Anchorman made (and still makes) me howl like an idiot.
New questions!
1) Taking this idea from the book The Postmortal: you are given the ability to take a pill that will cause you to never age, meaning you will never experience the effects that aging takes on your body including but not limited to: wrinkles, loss of senses or memory, general bodily weakness, etc. Whatever age you take this pill at is the the age you stay forever. You will always look and feel that age. The catch? You aren't immortal. You can still contract diseases, cancer, etc. and you can still be killed by things that would normally kill you. There is no reversal. The question is, do you take the pill, and if you do, at what age?
2) If you were able to wake up tomorrow with one ability/talent, what would it be?
3) If you were able to see one band/artist live at any venue for free, and pick the setlist, but were never able to see any other band/artist live again as long as you live AND the artist you chose would never record new music again, would you do it, and who would you see?
4) If the person you loved most became a zombie, would you have it in you to put them down? Would you have someone else to it for you?
5) What is the absolute worst movie you've ever seen?
6) Is there something about you that you've either told no one about, or only told a select few people about? Obviously you don't have to say what it is.
7) You're given $1000 right now that can only be spent recreationally. No food, no paying bills, no gas. How do you spend it?
8) What is your favorite show, and how did you start watching it?
9) If you could eliminate one event from your life, it's gone and never happened, no one involved ever knows it happened and it doesn't affect your present life, but it randomly eliminates one memory (could be good or bad) with the same 'never happened' rule, do you do it? (Again, don't feel obligated to disclose what that event is)
10) Do you openly discuss your religion (or lack thereof) when asked?
11) Do you, quote unquote, have your shit together? Meaning, do you know what you want to do with your life?
I only tagged 9 cause those are the 9 i interact with most (mutual likes/reblogs) other than the person that tagged me. Have fun if you choose to do it!
