@butchcommunist also that “for dysphoria reasons” is such a succinct way of describing why ppl are so stubborn abt the self-determination of their gender identity extrapolating across structural positionality. i dont plan on saying “hey uh i know you say youre nb but youre a woman under the patriarchy lol” any time soon but there has to be a way to curtail dysphoria while still recognizing exactly what structural forces we suffer from
