"PASSION"

Both former architecture students in Minsk, Belarus, Key Detail has been busy on the street art scene since the early 2000s while Yu-baba says she began focusing on mural art in 2013. Relocating to New York the two now travel the world making a name for themselves with their work both on walls and in galleries. In 2017 when @PowWowWorcester decided to focus on transforming the schools of Worcester, MA the couple were on hand to inspire the passions of the students of Elm Park Elementary School. Part of an outdoor gallery within a gallery "Passion" is just one of a row of 6 large murals watching over the playground and school parking lot on Ormond St.  @keydetail/  @juliayubaba/

"TRANSFORMATION"

From the time Key Detail started painting street art in his home country of Belarus he says he's "worked consistently towards developing his unique style and his skills." After studying architecture Key Detail moved to New York where he creates murals as well as drawing and painting canvases, while continuing to refine both skills and style. In 2017, assisted by fellow New Yorker and Belarus emigre Julia Yu-baba, Key Detail joined HBG Mural Festival host @SprocketMuralWorks in Harrisburg, PA, and created this stunning statement about the power of recycling. Painted on N 3rd St on the side of @BBBSCapRegion this wall was supported by 65-year-old @LCSWMAPA who manages more than a million tons of solid waste each year and provides strong advocacy for a more sustainable future.  @keydetail/  @juliayubaba/
