#octoberhorrormoviechallenge 42: Craze There is a distinct air of "I'm strictly here for my paycheck" from every quarter of this one. Given the terrible script the cast and director had to work with, I don't really blame them. It definitely makes for a curiosity, seeing a cast like this together for a low budget exploitation title (there are even more recognisable faces not listed on the cover). #octoberhorrormoviechallenge 39: The Mutations aka The Freakmaker An interesting mix of sleazy, boring, and cheesy. The "plot" is a mad scientist tale straight out of 50s B-Movies and/or 40s Bela Lugosi vehicles, mixed in with a complete rip-off of Tod Browning's Freaks. Why something like that was made in 1974 then is beyond me. Interesting cast including a pre-Doctor Who Tom Baker, although he's saddled with a thoroughly unlikeable character and a really uncomfortable make-up job.
