-it's that bug again crawling on the counter chittering their snicker chitter, and lifting up their wing case to just be yeeted again like before!-
Filling up the tea kettle to make a non-caffeinated hot drink, chewing on his knuckles, and then there’s a giant cockroach, possibly the one that bit him before, seemingly appearing from nowhere. Madison jumped in response, dropping the kettle loudly into the sink, which just rattled him more and made him cover his ears too. Should he get a book to kill it with? Was it laughing at him? Maybe a vacuum- another electric noise, appropriately similar to a bug zapper, and the critter was blasted backwards through space/time again, wings out and spiraling. (Enjoy the trip home!)
He stared at where Bor had been for a second. Oh. So it wasn’t just a bug. Bad.
