it's quite ironic saying "happy" to a day which most have spent crying and thinking about the news of your death. but i still do believe that today's date is a happy day because life is finally peaceful, no more noise, no more stress, and no more pain that will engulf your mind.

i may have been far too young to remember nor appreciate the legacy you have put out for us during your time, which is why i'm still so so so thankful to have your music and the love you showed us to help me do both again. there are a lot of us out here still loving you and remembering you for who you truly are.

your music and your love will all be in our hearts. today is not only to celebrate the day you left— but to celebrate your achievements, your love, your music, and your happiness.
