Keep good company and laugh loudly or smile lightly with someone so dear to you, a friend, a stranger, a patient or your pet perhaps; have a gentle heart, don’t inflict pain to yourself and to others; enjoy every step of your journey, live a day with a fulfilled mindset, read good books, walk a few miles, seek solitude or have some alone time with yourself, breathe when you feel like drowning with your own thoughts or if you feel like breaking, have a view of the nature or the sea, love good things, care for someone quietly, cultivate unselfish love and have faith to your future and to our Father. There is more meaning of life than being forlorn.
