Yep, that's a floating torso. That character's nonexistant legs were supposed to be outside the boundaries of the video, but linking directly to it ignores boundaries and just fills the screen. On the other hand, it also prevents the talking ads that have been plaguing Deviantart lately from ruining the animation!
