Decided to paint (and draw) a design inspired by Jacks recent kit and tshirt on my rather boring violin case.
The snake is a grass snake, since thats one of the few snake species where I live.
The latin at the bottom of the case translates to, "only the strong will survive" , and the latin on the gladius (the name for that type of sword), says "jungle goat man"
