Today I GM’d a thing for @juniperjazz, @monsterfoundry, and a non-Tumblr buddy. We went to the planet of the mushroom people where the gelatinous cube character was to be auctioned off by the gallon. Pictured here is one of the inhabitants, courtesy of @monsterfoundry. The system is @juniperjazz‘s project, currently titled Crying Cartoon Friends, and much fun was had!

The process of character design. I've had an idea for this snobbish, bratty female fighter for a while now. On the left, was my first take on her. But she felt too punk rockish. So I tweaked her design again, borrowing some fashion ideas from 1950's pin up girls. Much happier with the 2nd draft. What's cool is that the 1st draft can always be an alternate outfit ☺ #JuniperJazz #characterdesign #drawing #sketchbook (at Savannah, Georgia)
