At Luke and bens.I got triggered in my sleep and woke up to a panic attack which only brings on more panic attacks and it just gets worse the farther it goes on because icfucjjingjust I csnt it hurts my throatndchest and and itshrd to vfeafv(Sadie)

Oh no, I’m sorry to hear that. :( If you want, you can tell me what happened. But first, try to calm down. Take some deep, slow breaths - hold them in for a second if necessary - and drink a glass of water. I didn’t quite understand where you currently are, but if it’s at Luke and Ben’s, maybe try to get one of their animals. A cat would be good, cats have a literal calming effect. Unless you’re allergic, of course.
