There was a long gap between entries because I didn't think there was anything worth writing about. Things are just so routine. But I don't wanna forget about this journal already!

I looked up ideas to fill pages and one that caught my eye was writing song lyrics I like. The guys at work always blast their old school music, so if I listen closer I won't have any shortage of things to write down.

There are also journaling prompts, which I might try, but I'm not that big into introspection. My mind always goes blank and I forget everything I've experienced or thought. It's dumb, I know. So I guess I'll write again tomorrow.

Oh yeah! I also saw a cat hanging out in the garden when I was leaving dinner.

Saw the cat again! This time Robin saw it too. Bailey doesn't let us keep food so we weren't able to feed it :(

It's kinda friendly though. Didn't let us approach at first but after a while it came closer. Hopefully we'll be able to pet it someday!

I also scribbled down some song lyrics at work. I realized it's a lot harder than I'd expected ^^; trying to listen when the place is kinda loud

Did drug testing and safety training today. Must only be a formality because I saw many people breaking a lot of those rules yesterday.

I might give up on following them to a T as well honestly. But if I admitted that to Robin she'd make me quit haha

Do the guys carry phones during work? They never said anything about that. All they said was "don't play on your phone all the time as you kids do" which is kinda obvious. Is that really a problem?

They also warned us that sometimes orcas attack private vessels which I find funnier than the head trainer liked :/ Maybe I'll recruit an army of orcas :3

...Will there be perverts at work? I can defend myself against people my age, but could I take on grown men with muscles?! Would i get fired for fighting?

Guess I'll see :/

I started work at the docks today. It was tough. After work I treated myself by buying this journal and cute stationary. The rest of my money is hidden. Too much happens in this town, and despite my efforts, bullies still shake kids for money.

...Okay, I have a less righteous reason. I'm leaving as soon as I turn 18. Me and Robin. Robin plans to go to college, but since we can't access our ID stuff till we're 18, she'll have to do applications while we're moving.
