Spring is probably your favourite season, the flowers are blossoming the days are longer and brighter and life just seems to get lighter. You decided to go for a walk and bring your dog with you, he also deserves to see the beauty speing brings to the outside scenary.
You got dressed in athleasure wear, expecting to just go for a walk and come home, you got your best buddy and off you two were. Lucky for you there’s a park not far from your apartment so that’s where you headed to, headphones on and leash in hand you make your way to dog playgroung.
As soon as you got there you let your buddy run wild and meet new friends as he loves so much, you sat in a near bench waiting for him to get tired and come to you when he’s ready to go home. What you weren’t expecting was for someone to sit next to you. Sure you don’t mind but with so much free space your curiosity ran wild just like your dog.
You noticed your buddy was now only playing with a specific dog, you were happy they took a liking to each other and that they were having fun. Buddy and his friend ran in your direction and you were confused to why, until you realised the person sitting next to you was the dad of buddy’s new friend. You both realised what that meant and quickly smiled at each other. You couldn’t lie his smile made your heart skip a beat.
??: I guess our dogs have befriended each other.
Y/N: I guess so, mine is usually pretty social but he’s never picked anyone specifically before ahah.
??: So mine is special? that must mean something ahah.
Y/N: You really think so? Care to tell me in what way??
The tone in which this conversation was happening it was definetly very flirty and both of you were okay. You thought to yourself that dressing like this was perhaps a big mistake.
??: Maybe if I bought you a cup of coffee that could explain my words easier.
You were impressed to say the least he made a smooth move while still looking a little shy, enough to keep you intrigued and accept with his sugestion.
After said coffee you exchanged phone numbers both of you putting dog emojis next to the other person’s name. You said your goodbyes and once you got home you couldn’t get him out your head. You thought things like this only really happened in movies but here you were sitting on the couch blankly looking at the wall in front of you. Your dogs bark brought you back to reality, you asked him what was wrong and he walked off somewhere making you follow him. He got to your room and jumped on the bed immediately making you look at your phone that was left unattended for a few minutes. You saw the light was on meaning you were getting notifications and your brain couldn’t believe your eyes.

Damn you missed having interactions like these and you made sure to thak your dog for making you cross paths with such a cute and loving guy. You rapidly responded to junseo, exciment growing inside of you to what tomorrow might bring.
