My apologies that somehow a month has come and gone without a single post on these pages, but I find it fitting to return with this collaboration between Gallant and budding UK producer Maths Time Joy. At times 'Jupiter Grayscale' sounds like it was actually produced on another planet, as MTJ's spacey, reverb-filled guitar riffs put me in a daze that only Gallant's falsetto could shake me out of. With his debut EP, Zebra, set for release in the not so distant future, 'Jupiter Grayscale' should be a firm reminder that we've only seen the tip of this musical iceberg's capability. Be sure to check out 'Forfeit', another track Gallant released in February I missed and download this track for free below.

#Snaps for Maricres Santa Ana with her #cover of Gallant #JupiterGrayscale! You ain't never heard a #voice like this, we promise.
Originally part of his Zebra EP in 2014, Gallant has reworked “Jupiter Grayscale” for inclusion on his debut album, Ology, and it’s pretty amazing epic, particularly the last minute or so. His falsetto is ridiculous as always.
oh my christ I wasn’t ready for this to be what it is live
So. Good.
