work last night was really bad. i asked for a new group of patients. hopefully tonight is better

Yesterday was hectic.

I was at two different clinics, one of them twice, for three different issues. I had been without one of my medications because the nurse fucked up and thought it had already been dealt with, human error, I get that, not her fault.

My nurse was very displeased with it however, and I get that too.

Anyways, meds sorted out and conversation had, I went to the other clinic, where the blood tests were plentiful and painful, which they’re usually not (either of it).

Then home for one measly hour, calling the real estate company and getting the correct phone number for the current resident of the apartment I’m in line for.

Booked a viewing, went back to the general health clinic for other tests, which I waited one and a half hour for.

I ran to the apartment viewing from the clinic (my city is condensed), mom met me there, she had juuuust made it home from Orsa. (Thank someone for the electrical outage that made them leave earlier).

I said yes to the apartment! It’s wonderful, easy to furnish, balcony, bathtub, laundry machine and dryer, room and connections for dishwasher. I hope I get it (Vibes and prayers, please?)

I check the app, and finally see my medication has been updated, off to the apothecary. Where they were conveniently open for vaccination, so I got a booster shot and then fetched my meds.

Then home with mom to get to the store to buy the bare necessities because *damn* am I tired. I am so tired I can not hold more than one bag, no, don’t even think about it, I will go home, lay down on the floor in the hallway, and go the fuck to sleep.

I left home at 8 AM, and apart from one hour around lunch, I didn’t make it back until 5 PM.

My birds missed me, which was sweet. And I did not lay down on the floor to sleep. I laid down in my ridiculously oversized armchair and finished reading a novel, while thinking about the apartment I looked at.

I’m already planning for the balcony, what I’d grow, where I’d put the table and chairs...

I want it.

I want it so badly. Please. Whoever is listening... please.

(And as a completely unrelated note: Manuka Honey is a miracle worker and the wound on my lip I’ve had for five months almost healed overnight.)
