#1 on RapAttack's College Chart: Dysfunkshunal Familee- "Just Keep Holding"
Just Keep Holding is the 2nd single from Family Reunion, by the Dysfunkshunal Familee. The album was released last year and received praise from DJ Premier who hailed it as one of the best albums of 2010. If you recognize Crazy DJ Bazarro (in the lakers hat on the left) it may be because he (along with Mr. Walt of da Beatminerz) was one of the esteemed volunteers who donated a professional DJ set to the HousingWorks Coat drive I organized with Cormega, Coat of Arms and 40 Oz Van NYC in February, 2011. Bazarro DJs and is also a part of Dysfunkshunal Familee as an artist himself.
Just Keep Holding, a story of struggle and fortitude features O.C. (D.I.T.C.), and Agony. The track is a balanced effort with clean production that allows each lyricist to tell you exactly what irks them about city life and what gives them hope despite city life.
