Left over brain thought dump from last night’s ep re: cisco/kamilla: It bothers me that Cisco is constantly seeking validation for this relationship from other people instead of it coming from himself. Is Kamilla invested in the relationship? Absolutely. Do I believe that she’s in love with Cisco? Sure and I don’t blame her. But from his end, we’ve had multiple accounts of his assuredness of his romantic pursuits with Kendra and Cynthia. He was confident af, he went out of his way to pursue, he made “I want” statements like “I want to marry her...” or on screen went to the lengths to romantically woo via rooftop dinner dates (Kendra), back and forth message cubes (Cynthia) legitimate dressing up (Cynthia). This is practically nonexistent when it comes to her?? I’m just wondering aside from going to Atlantis which is vague and has never been directly linked to any solution, and helping to save the victims from the mirrorverse, what has he done through actions and gifts (one of this man’s biggest love languages) to support his side of these feelings for me to be convinced this is the love of his life? When I want to see Cisco drop a big ily I want to believe it. He stumbled through the last one, he had to ask OG Wells for reassurance? He had to ask for Iris & Barry for reassurance after the Cynthia death (horrible timing and disrespectful I’d like to just gloss over), he had to be told by Sherloque a while back that he was holding back from Kamilla, he was nudged by Ralph multiple times to open up to her properly, he was hesitant to introduce her to the team for a long time, Frost told Cisco she thought Kamilla deserved attention during crisis which he brushed off, he had to be convinced into doing that first date after it failed 50 times. I just don’t believe that this is an endgame when we’ve had better and we consistently see him react with love/in love with other characters. If this is going to be a natural love progression, then let it happen naturally. None of this has been natural so far.

10. What is the last beverage you had?

This is going to sound Boring af, but the last drink I drank was water. Gotta stay hydrated, you know? 

20. Are you starting to realize anything?

Aha….Feelings have been a thing i’ve been realizing lately. Where I stand in my sexuality is another. Also starting to realize that maybe i’m not cut out for what I’m planning on doing after I graduate (but doesn’t mean i can’t try).

30. Does everyone deserve a second chance?

I think it depends on the person. I generally try to give most people a second chance, though there have been a few times in my life where i’ve been unable to give someone a second chance. In general though, unless they truely don’t deserve it, I believe everyone deserves at least one chance?

40. Why did you kiss the last person you kissed?

…..yeah…that…yeah. So i was young and stupid (13) and for the first time in my life, someone was actually showing physical interest in me. I had never been kissed and my friend’s brother (16 or 17?? I don’t remember how much older than me he was) offered to show me what it was like, and in my head, i was like….well when is the next time I’ll get this chance (and as you can tell, i’m 22 and haven’t kissed anyone since) so I did it and every time after that was….yeah. TLDR version: I was young and stupid, didn’t understand what was happening, and sometimes i wanna pretend that wasn’t my first kiss/kisses.

50. Ever used a bow and arrow?

AHAHHA yes…..It didn’t turn out well for me. My sister had her 16th (???) birthday at this one place that was like a sports/game center, and I tried to shoot an arrow and I didn’t do it properly and instead hurt myself? I avoid bow and arrows now tbh. 

60. Wear slippers?

Oh man, nope. I tried. Believe me. I’ve tried. I don’t really like things on my feet, and kind of prefer to be barefoot. 

70. Is there a profession you picture your future spouse doing?

I mean….I’d love to be working alongside my future spouse or at least in the same industry? I think it’d be kind of nice to get to work with them, but at the same time, whichever profession they want to do I’m fine with, i’d support them no matter what tbh.

80. Hot tea or cold tea?

Oh man, cold tea. I’m not so big on hot drinks? Like, not even during the winter. I have to be really in the mood to drink anything hot, let alone tea. I kind of blame my dad tho, because if i’m drinking tea it has to be cold and unsweetened. 

90. Opinions on sex before marriage?

Honestly? Its not my place to tell anyone what they do. If they want to have sex, then they should, if they don’t, then hey thats fine too. I personally am 100% in support.
