Why is Eddie asking me what an uhm is?

Because he's an uhm.It's kinda an inside joke thing. I was explaining the situation to Tony, and then I realized halfway through that doing that was probably a bad idea so I just went "Uhm" and Tony kind of took it and ran with it and now it's a thing.So Eddie's an "Uhm", like Steve is Tony's "Uhm", and I guess like how Harry is your "Uhm".So that's kinda what an Uhm is, I guess.
