Well, this was just another day, it seemed. Another long, emotionless day. Loki stood on the roof on the building, looking out over the city. He had climbed up the fire escape in secret, just wanting an escape from the crowds below. Perhaps it was time to pay a visit to SHIELD once more. At the very least, it would liven up his week and give him a distraction. Ah, but that would be too simple. He needed to have a goal, didn't he? Although, he never seemed to have a decent goal anymore, did he? Loki put a hand to his forehead with a sigh. Why was he in such a slump lately? He couldn't seem to get things to fall into place properly anymore. Perhaps he was simply losing his touch. The thought made him snarl something inaudibly under his breath. Well, things couldn't get much worse, could they?
