Oh snap here we go

Erik feeling awkward in his own skin for so long. Erik taking to wearing boys’ clothes because that’s what feels comfortable, speaking like a boy, acting like a boy. He pitches his voice lower. Everyone in his neighborhood just taking it in stride; he’s just weird, he’ll grow out of it.

The war.

His family and friends and neighbors shielding him from the Nazis, claiming he really is just a little boy. He develops slowly, but he begs his mother to help him bind his chest anyway. They’re all nervous about what will happen if he’s found out.

When Schmidt finds out, he decides to attempt a surgery or two that he’s heard about that the Nazis have banned.

Fast forward.

Erik takes HRT now. He feels better in his skin. Nobody knows except Charles; and Charles tells him there’s a name for him, for them, and there’s a community, and they are not safe, but they have people who understand. He’s not alone.

Jim’s brother James. He left the Army and ended up working for Jim for a while. Then settled down and is now growing his own poisons and does experiments with them. He has been useful to us in the past with his little concoctions. Especially if you need something that either can’t be detected, can’t be countered or is slow working if you feel your victim needs to die slowly and painfully. Fun stuff. He also loves tea so..if you pissed him off I’d watch your cuppa if he’d offer you one. Just a fair warning. You can find him at @thetravelsofadreamer if you must.

Scared of what? Our business has been a risky one from the start. I went through military services. I’ve seen tons of scary shite. Why would Jim ‘Nobody gets to me’ Moriarty suddenly be scared? Makes no bloody sense. This is a load of bollocks!
