I've had my website for 20 years almost, been on here and other social media and youtube for 8-15 years and I've never monetized or put ads on any of it. I have a Patreon but I don't know what to post to make it worth paying for, really. I'm scatter shot, my content is all over the place, and there's nothing I can promise.

I'm broke, I work as much as I can and I'm still always broke ever since 2017/2018. hell even before that. I grew up poor. I guess I don't know how to do anything else but be broke.

The weekly pancake stack is back on the table (or just on the Instagram feed for every one else). Today’s pancakes are topped with carob nice cream and mixed berry sauce along with the usual. I had very little motivation yesterday except when it came to food. All I wanted was food. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Today I have a list of things to do whilst also trying to free my mind of all its anxious thoughts. I start a semi new job tomorrow and even though it’s with the same company I worked with previously, it’s still at a new place with new people and a new environment. I’m terrible at conversation which isn’t the best working in customer service. I’m just a forever anxious person who doesn’t understand human interaction and over-thinks every possible negative situation to the point of almost throwing up. #justanxietythings 🌴🌻🐛 That and I’m mega boring which is never helpful for anything 😁

So, I got engaged ~3 weeks ago. Figured, knowing my personality & the fact that I've been with my partner/lived with him long enough that it wouldn't be a big deal...

My God. The anxiety.

None of it matters. We're having a Quaker wedding b/c PA. We both hold grudges for 10,000 years, so no fam or friends beyond who we actually want to celebrate with. AND YET.

We're both like, "Are we supposed to be planning things already? Are we expected to announce progress!?"

Mind you, I don't even have a ring rn, so maybe that's making it feel less real? (Ring exists, I just have the hands of a child, so it had to be rebuilt lmao).

Idk. I just have no motivation to do things and yet my anxiety is straight up blasting to the moon.

TLDR: Culture around marriage is weird and I hate it.
