Why refuse contraception to people that are having sex when they are below the legal age? I mean yeah, under aged sex isn't something that should be encouraged, but if both participants are consenting to the act of the "dance with no pants," then shouldn't they be allowed to buy contraception? It may be breaking the law to have sex below the legal age limit, but at least they'd be being safe right? It's better than twelve year olds popping out babies when they're bodies aren't developed enough to handle it...
