@justechoes ; raquel. MI AMOR. raquel is a cutie. she is so damn cute it hurts my face sometimes. not only that but she is another person versed in fucking me over in feels. her mike warren is literally one of my faves and i don’t say that lightly because i am v protective over mike fucking warren. she brings out a lot of different sides of mike that were only partially explored in the show and its mind blowing how she weaves them all together. such an incredible human being and would def recommend as friend and writing partner.@miindofeli; eli, eli, eli. i have known eli since her child was just a wee lil thing. so basically a zillion years. eli is probably the person on tumblr that i have known the longest in my time here. from issac to jace to ubbe, eli takes on muse after muse and conquers them all. not only does she conquer writing complex characters well, but she’s also in school AND is a full time mom as well. she is fucking super woman and deserves so so so much. i love her very much.

@ofodinn / @redwoodteller ; okay but tanya. what can i say about tanya except HOT DAMN. literally the only ragnar& jax teller i honestly RP with. tanya has a gift. an honest to god gift when it comes to writing. she gets inside these characters heads and literally fleshes out so much of them and just. i am in awe always at how she can do that and seamlessly also weave the characters into different verses and universes as well. if i could be half the writer that tanya is, i would be a very happy woman. i am fortunate to know her, to write with her, and to have her as my friend. she is strong, fierce, and bad ass and i will never cease to be inspired by her.

Ashton stepped out of the car and grabbed her bag from the backseat. Physically, the girl was ready for the next few days. There were enough clothes, toiletries and books to last the entire weekend. Mentally, however... Well, that was another story. These mini-version family reunions hardly ever went her way and, quite honestly, she hated the fact that she’d dragged Mike into it, but if she heard her mother go on and on about how lonely everyone thought Ashton was one more time...!

With a deep breath Ash turned to Mike, nerves evident in her gaze despite how badly she wished to pretend otherwise. “Thanks again for doing this.” Brown eyes gazed in the direction of the cabin for a split second, almost fooled by the serenity it emitted. “But please don’t take anything to heart.” She met his gaze once again and tried to ignore how tensed her shoulders suddenly felt. “My parents are a little...wary of strangers...” That was a lie --- they were simply skeptical of anyone Ashton dared to bring around. “We’ll say that we just celebrated our one year anniversary, you’ll tell my father how much you ADORE soccer and how terrible Messi is, mention how broadway is a dying art so my mother will be pleased, and we’ll get through this weekend just fine.” It seemed as though she attempted to convinced herself more than him. If it were really that simple perhaps her parents wouldn’t ignore her whenever she gave it a shot, but Ashton hoped at least around Mike they could pretend.  Hands shook slightly as one reached out in his direction --- if they were to act as a couple some PDA would be necessary. “Ready, Honey?”

Nonverbal RP Starters 👄 Pull my muse onto the bed

              ❝Mike, I –❞

              Her sentence is cut short when she feels herself being pulled down onto the bed. Managing to land on top of Mike in the process. She does need to crawl forward a little so she’s hovering over him, looking down with a smile on her face. Hands placed on either side, gripping onto the bed sheets to help keep her balance.

              Abby was fortunate enough – though others might call it luck – to be able to take today and tomorrow off from work. However, the last time she checked she’s almost positive the same didn’t apply to Mike’s schedule. But here they are. Except she isn’t really in a hurry to get off from him either.

              Leaning down, she presses the lightest of kisses against his lips before pulling back seconds later. ❝I thought you had work this morning.❞

Nonverbal RP Starters 😱 Make a silly face at my muse

              Abby typically did her best to not bring her work home with her. Unfortunately it didn’t always pan out that way. This isn’t the first time she’s lost a case – certainly wouldn’t be the last either – but it hurt. Especially when she fully believes the person she was defending was wronged in the end. It comes with the job description. Even the best attorneys are unable to win every single case in the courtroom. No doubt tomorrow she’ll receive a new case and she’ll be right back to square one.

              It’s because of this that she wasn’t her normal cheerful self when returning to the apartment to be greeted soon after by Mike. She doesn’t really go into extensive detail about what happened at work today, but she also doesn’t really try hiding her disappointment either. Something she’s fairly positive he was able to pick up on if his need for making a silly face at her is anything to go by.

              That’s one of many things she liked about the guy. No matter how rough of a day she might have he always knew of some way to make her feel better. Even if she may not smile at first. It’s near impossible to prevent one from spreading over her lips.

              ❝If you’re trying to make me feel better, it just might be working.❞ Oh, it definitely is.

              ❝You’re warm.❞ Eyes slowly close, relishing in the closeness of their bodies. Feeling as his nose brushes against her neck. A fond smile playing across her lips. Abby can honestly say she hasn’t been this happy since… well, since the last time they dated back in California before they broke up. And now she finds herself back in Mike’s arm. Speaking of, she reaches around some in order to urge him to wrap his arms around her form.

              There. Much better.

( RIGHT RIGHT it's probably that. i'm just 24, it's not like i'm 30 so i'm probably not even one to talk, but it still feels weird??? to play a 31-year-old muse and have him interact romantically with someone who's like 20. like i COULD do it, but it's a bit weird to me right now and it didn't use to be before and i guess it's because i've changed, too, so!!! i feel you
