"We have sent in service requests [items in apartment fixed] but never got help. We just don't think it is appropriate we should pay the full payments, but not have access to the services everyone else has. We have also explained to our RA that there were problems with these things. Is there anything we can do, or the school can do for us?"
1) As I review our system I found the ONE request submitted. You lumped three requests into one request. Triggering the responding facilities person to only handle the first request, which was a bathroom issue.
2) I keep all requests and guess what I still only found the ONE submitted request.
3) We have no control over the facilities department and how the handle requests.
4) If you told your RA and they failed to report the issue, why not contact the next person up, aka me?
5) If you told anyone of these things, why are you waiting until the three days before the end of the semester?
7) I reviewed your poorly written original one request (What is a top drawer of a stove by the way? Does anyone know?), re-wrote it, and submitted a new request into our facilities team.
8) Way to not correctly contact the right places to get this resolved and in a timely manner (my boss and our department administrative assistant & three months after the first request).
