A great way to work on technical dribbling is to set two cones up 5 yards apart and dribble around them in a figure eight pattern. This is the signature drill of George Best one of the early greats in English Football. Use both feet or use your right or left only. Push yourself in trying to do the exercise in as few touches as possible. Do at least one minute straight before resting.
