Last night Emeryville, California City Council became the third city in the country to pass a Fair Workweek that will protect 4000 retail and fast-food workers from abusive scheduling practices! Now workers will have 2 weeks advance notice of schedules, access to full-time work, no more egregious clopens and last minute changes!
