Why Don't the Fans have Power

Ok so we know how overworked everyone is and basically everyone has had an injury... and at the end of their concerts, all they can say is how tired they are... Their enthusiasm is infectious and wonderful but sometimes the pressure and exhaustion bleeds though... But EXO-L is so influential and they take their fans so seriously. Moreover, EXO-L gives SM the MONETARY $$$$ motivation to keep working them so hard... because we love them so much. So my question is, we're watching them get (willingly) worked to death, and we say we can't do anything about it? 《It doesn't make sense.》

like honestly… after K-EXO-Ls contacted them to complain/ ask why the took down the video, they didn’t provide a clear reason- they’re saying that they will only provide feedback/ take action if they provide some sort of proof i.e. a screenshot that they deleted and re-uploaded the video lol what kid of b.s. we have receipts and many fans actually did email them but they still haven’t replied.
