3 years ago today, Londoners marched in solidarity with Ferguson after the death of an unarmed Micheal Brown; (whose body was left laying in the street for hours after being shot dead by police officer Darren Wilson). The decision by a grand jury not to indict Wilson sparked riots in Ferguson alongside protests and marches worldwide. This was just one of (too) many cases of the police shooting, then getting away with killing, unarmed black men, women and children in America. The fight for justice still goes on today. #Nojusticenopeace #handsupdontshoot #blacklivesmatter #policebrutality - The American justice system is indeed a 'Bloody state' but we have our problems with police right here in the UK too. Police are currently being investigated after 15 year old Terrell Decosta Jones-Burton recently suffered horrific injuries after being attacked by officers, in a case of mistaken identity; one of a series of recent incidents involving excessive and unnecessary force.

He has no criminal record and no involvement with the police. Terrell was beaten up by police and hospitalised. Is this acceptable?? On his way to the hospital; in the ambulance, he had a seizure, it has been confirmed that he has bruising on the brain. And the bone inside his gum has been broken, he has lost teeth and is suffering from abdominal pain (which denotes trauma to the stomach). The police are accusing Terrell of the robbery of A MOBILE PHONE???!!! A PHONE?!! Was all of this necessary over a phone?!! Police brutality on young black boys has to STOP.
