Steve turned off the water and grabbed a towel, wrapping it around his waist before heading out to the bedroom.

"Sorry, Sweetheart, I didn't catch that." He said, when he'd gotten in the shower Peggy had been asleep.

"Did I wake you?"

Starter for justicescreaming

((OOC: This is a starter for @justicescreaming and their Peggy Carter muse.))

The Doctor walked out of the TARDIS and looked around. He wasn't entirely sure where he landed. It looked like an abandoned building of some sort, but he didn't know that for a fact. However, he didn't see anyone around, so he figured it was safe to explore a bit.

He walked down a hall and turned a corner and ran into a woman. It was the first person he had seen there, so he was a bit surprised but he raised his hands as the woman pointed a gun at him. "Hello," he smiled, "I'm the Doctor. What's your name?"

"Lucky me," Lilia agreed drily, her expression matching her tone as she looked at the girl. There was an ironic pride in claiming you had no pride to begin with, but the girl seemed to be trying to make a point, so she let it pass.

He shouldn't have come.

That was really it, this was an awful, awful idea. If his parents found out he was meeting an essential stranger, then they'd be so worried. If they found out who, they'd be screaming mad. If they found out the why? Their hearts would be irreparably broken. That would be all his fault.

"Look, I don't want anything." Was all he could say. "I just want you to promise you'll leave my parents alone."

Her aunt wasn't related to her by blood, but Steve was like her da's brother, and he had married the British agent, so that made her family.

Besides, Peggy doted on her almost as much as Steve did.

Stepping into the house, Alek smiled sheepishly. She knew her aunt loved her as much as any children she and Steve might have, but something still felt awkward about all of this.

"Thanks, I hope I'm not disturbing you."
