"Hidden in plain sight " 6/6
The months that followed seemed to be back to "normal." Even though Louis loved Justin he accepted to let go of those feelings. The two graduated and grew together. They went to same college where they both studied for different majors but their friendship never ended. Justin had also met someone new while studying. Eventually she became his girlfriend then became justin's wife. Louis was still with mixed feelings but justin was happy and that's all that mattered to him. Louis played the supporting friend for years to come until he passed. Nobody knew what had killed him, all they knew is he died too young at the age of 25. At the funeral justin buried a letter in front of his tombstone. The letter was written when he was sixteen, it expressed his feelings for him and how he wished he had been braver for louis but it was too late.
Maybe him and Justin could have worked in a different universe?

An elementary school cafeteria fills with noise and talking as the time for lunch has finally arrived.
A black haired boy with a distinctive white strip unpacked his lunch to a bag of Cherries. He opened the bag and pulled one out taking a nibble of it. As he did he noticed a cherry haired boy standing in front of the table he was sitting. The boy was looking around aimlessly for a place to sit. He mumbled a bit out loud "cherry?" The cherry haired boy turned to look at him and replied with "pardon?" The two boys stared at each other before the black haired boy offered him a cherry and a seat. The other boy accepted and sat next to him. "Who is this cherry?" the cherry haired boy asked. "Your hair looks like cherries" the other boy said nibbling on another cherry. "Ah...." the boy said looking at the cherry turning it around. The cherry haired boy couldn't contain his laugh at thinking at the comparison. The black haired boy's cheeks flushed as he watched the other boy laugh. "May I know your name? The boy finally said. "J-Justin" he said as the other boy extended his hand out "Louis" he said. The two boys introduced each other without knowing what this universe had in store for them.

Louis was never a very sociable person. He knew most people found it hard to understand him with his way of talking and his questionable wardrobe therefore it was hard to connect with people. Especially with people in his age range. It's not that he didn't like socializing, yes, he found it a bit awkward and he didn't understand why most people mask to gain friendships but he liked a simple conversation. Unfortunately he had little faith in everyone thinking that way, so he chose to be involved with other things that didn't involve socializing. Like exorcising demons, normal teenager activities. Even then he managed to get along with Justin out of all people. It wasn't as if he and Justin had a super bond but it was comfortable to talk to him and it had been a long time since he felt comfortable to talk to someone. There was also something else he couldn't put his finger on, something else lingred up inside of him.

He thought about this while sitting on one of the bean bags edward had put in the "hideaway". He was fiddling with a pencil before his attention turned to a small shadow casting on the wall. The shadow seemed to be coming from the secret passageway in the janitors closet. Louis watched as a small boy walked into the hideaway and sneezed before taking a goldfish and munching on it. "JUSTIN" Louis declared more loudly than anticipated. Justin hadn't noticed Louis's presence so he got startled at the loud call for him name, that he dropped the bag of goldfishes. "HUH?" He shouted looking around confused. Louis thought it was a bit strange he called out Justin the way he did but didn't debate the thought any longer, he picked up Justin's goldfish bag and said "Apologies..Justin" and placed them on his palms. "It's alright, Louis..." Justin replied trying to hide a frown to the fact of the little broken gold fishes that laid below him. Louis noticed Justin's disappointment so he broke the silence between them and declared " I shall renverse the goldfish bag by the end of the school day." "You don't have to do that, dude" Justin said panicking a bit. Louis insisted it had to be done. Justin knew Louis was right most of the time so he probably was right again. So he agreed to the offer.

The bell announcing the last period of the day finally came, it's felt like forever for Justin. All the students rushed out, through all the chaos was Justin struggling to pack a book into his backpack. When he finally managed to nudge the book into his bag. He put one of straps on his shoulder and walked out of the classroom. The hall was silent due to everyone rushing to be out. Justin walked the hallway, he attempted to exit through a two sided door but he felt a chill go down his spine, he felt someone's breathe on his neck. Justin let out a screech before turning to face a guilty looking Louis. "Apologies again, Justin..." Louis said, awkwardly patting his back. "It's okay...,Louis.." he said trying to catch his breath from the scare. "As promised.." Louis said taking a pause before pulling out a bag of goldfishes. "Behold, your prized goldfishes" Louis declared. Justin gasped and clapped. "Thanks dude, you really didn't have to but thank you" he said taking the goldfishes and hugging the bag. "But of course, I am a man of my word after all." Louis said holding a hand to his chest. Justin smiled and it became silent between the two. The silence broke when Louis said "any plans this evening?" "No?" Justin said about to question Louis about his afternoon but before he could Louis shouted "then accompany me this evening for a supernatural outing" Justin blinked trying to process this. "If you wish to of course " Louis said awkardly. Justin hesitated a bit before nodding a little too much and replying with an loud "Hell Yeah Man!! Louis smiled, "Right then, off we go" he declared pointing out in front of him. The two running out of the two sided door.

"Hidden in plain sight " 4/6
In the morning Justin woke up to a thumbing noise. He sat up then walked to his window to see a tried Louis. " I've found the solution" Louis shouted. Justin ran to put his shoes on and down the stairs he went. He went out the door to meet Louis. " How!???" He finally replied. " I did research on the warehouse and who it's previous owner was however the owner before did not leave traces of their identity, I decided to question the landlord of now, on him was old files about the previous owner and allowed me to search through them, it took a couple of hours till I recognized similar hand writing on a paper of agreement to rent the place, I searched for a name but it came down as a fake identity, I was told by the landlord that the previous landlord had cameras on his property, he told me how awful it is to record people, so he took them down but he still had the cameras in a box if i was interested, I went through all the footages to find the date of the agreement, I found a clear image of the mystery person and set the image in a search software and he appeared for a dui, his name is Lennon Alexander Lee. A lonely scientist who was in love with a male coworker but the man he loved was married with wife, from the pain he committed. I came to find out about the story when I researched his office to find a secret compartment under his desk, in a floor board, a letter of confession, addressed to his lover with initials at the bottom. I assume we read the love letter to his dead lover. Jordan Campbell is the name, no time for the details on how I found him. He is buried at a near by cemetery, I have the address for that as well." He said looking at Justin who had a look of shock on his face. "You-You found all that in one night??? Did you even sleep??? " Justin said in a concerning tone. " I rest when the spirit is out" Louis said in a serious tone. *Sigh* ... Louis... we will talk about this afterwards" Justin said. Louis nodded without even listening to what justin said because he had already began route to the cemetery.

Once there the two boys aimlessly looked for the name, until justin said "over here I found it" Louis jogged over and stood besides Justin. The two boys stared at the old tombstone as it look at them back somewhat menacesingly. Louis snapped out of the trance and handed Justin the letter. Justin looked back at Louis as he gave him a reassuring look. He gluped and began to read it out. As he did he began glowing only when he finished did the glowing pour out of him, then faded. " Omg it worked" Justin said sighing in relief. " Good.." Louis replied having no energy. " I kinda feel bad for this dude" he said staring back at the letter in his hands. "Some things aren't meant to be" Louis said. "That sucks" he said frowning. Just then an idea popped in Justin's head. He began digging with his hands a small hole. " Justin..? Louis said walking over to him. " I think ghost guy would have wanted him to have it " he said covering the hole and patting down the dirt. " That's.. thoughtful" Louis said looking at Justin who smiled back him " nah it's not a big deal." There was a silence between the two before Justin stood up pointing at Louis "RIGHT, you can't just stay up all night and do these kinds of things, this is the last time you're doing this- "justin's voice faded leaving only louis admiring him. He never noticed on how generous and caring Justin was. He wanted to be around him more. Louis laughed a bit leaving Justin confused. " I promise to attempt" Louis said, justin continued to rant all the way to his home. Somehow the strange situation brought them close. The next few months the two hanged out more and more. Playing videos games, watching movies, exorcising ghosts. Even if it was simple small talk they did it together. However something changed, in Louis, there was a lingering knot in his stomach. Unsure he made it his mission to figure out the strange emotion that lingred in him when he was with Justin.

"Hidden in plain sight 2/6"
Awhile later the two arrived at an abandoned warehouse house. The warehouse was in very bad conditions but none the less the two boys entered. Justin using his phone as his flash light and Louis using an electric torch. The two creeped down the stairs carefully. Justin whispered a bit scared "whoa, it's creepy down here." He didn't want to admit it but he was a bit terrified however he did not want to admit that to Louis who looked delighted that he agreed. Louis whispered back "whoa.. indeed justin" the two finally made it to the end of the stairs then looked around at their surroundings. It was hard to tell anything apart since there was a blanket of dust on everything. From what they could tell apart, a desk in a corner. The two stayed close to each other but individually searched the place for any indications of what the warehouse use to be. Justin found drag marks and asked Louis about it. Louis assumed there may have been a board there before. The two continued to search until Justin stubble onto a letter under the desk that was mentioned earlier. He blew the dust off it and shinned his phone light on it. The envelope was sealed with a sticker of what seemed a star. It was hard to tell since the sticker was pealing off. Justin called Louis over and the two examined the envelope. Justin got a nod from Louis before opening it. Justin read the letter outloud, the letter read about dreams unfulfilled and one day reaching them but no where near then. "It's a suicide note " Louis said. "Oh.." Justin said a bit upset. "Theres always the possibility of it just being an attempt?" Louis said trying to make the situation a little less depressing. Louis was about to comfort justin when the warehouse began to shake. The two stumbling in place, trying to maintain their balance. The floor below them slowly collapsing, louis reflexs dragging justin to a safe corner. His cape extended out to cover Justin. Peices of small debris falling on them. Once the shaking had stopped, Louis checked up on Justin and he helped him stand. Justin patting down the debris that landed on Louis cape said "What was that?" hiding behind Louis. "It appears the warehouse is very unstable so any movements, even simple wind from outside, causes the place to shake." Louis said turning to Justin who was holding on his cape with a concerning look. Louis coughed a bit and said " It seems best we end our voyage here" "oh!, Are you sure?" Justin said letting go of Louis cape. " Yes, the conditions of this place are very unsafe for us" Louis said reassuring him. "Okay then!" justin said trying to hide the relief he felt. "I'll just put the envelope back then" he said pulling it out of his jock pocket. Louis stumbled a bit back when he saw the glowing envelope. " Justin.. " he started, " do not make any sudden movements.." Justin was trying his hardest not to freak out at the glowing envelope in his hand. "Set the envelope down at a leisurely pace " Louis advised. Justin attempted to do just that however the envelope was attached to his hand. " I can't" he whispered. Louis understood clearly what Justin meant. Louis slowly creeped behind Justin not really putting so much thought into his actions. He stood behind Justin and put his arm under Justins and lifted it a bit. Justin was frozen in place on how close Louis was and not on how there was a glowing envelope attached to his hand. Louis attempted to pull the envelope off his hand but just then the envelope slowly consumed the room with a bright light. The two boys screamed at the sudden brightness.
